The President of J. Vary & Associates was certified in Professional Presentation Skills, Diversity in the Workplace, Leadership, Self-Esteem, Women’s Issues and Marketing a Consulting Practice. She has conducted workshops in Journal Writing, organized public speaking seminars and given the keynote address at Mercy Academy. The Brown Cancer Center held a weekend retreat and featured Ms. Vary in their wellness initiative. A highlight of her career was the award for teachers – the Excel Award.

A passionate believer in self-empowerment and that there is a star in all of us, JVA has but one mission – tapping the star potential in all of us. Ms. Vary is available to consult, coach and provide keynote addresses on a national and international level.

Joe Vary, President and Founder of J. Vary & Associates began designing, facilitating and providing training two decades ago. Her role groups were teachers, students, parents, professional organizations and faith-based groups. The Professional Woman Network, an international training organization, provided Ms. Vary with a number of certifications and opportunities to hone her skills. Ms. Vary became a member of the PWN board of directors and attended several international conferences.

This network has over 18 years experience in certifying consultants worldwide. PWN has conducted seminars for Fortune 500 companies, universities, professional organizations and government agencies. Among their clients are the American Heart Association, the Pentagon and Head Start. Linda Ellis Eastman, President and Founder, has certified and trained over 800 individuals originating from such countries as Pakistan, Nigeria and Mexico.
